Are there any further fees except the registration and module fee?

There are no other fees associated with Answers in a Box other than the registration and module fees.  However your subscription for each individual module that you purchase last one year from the date of purchase of each module, therefore after one year there is a small renewal fee at a discounted cost for each individual module.  If you purchase additional modules then you only pay one registration fee. 

 

Are there any limitations on what I can download?

You can only download the information, articles and documents of the modules that you are registered or subscribed to. 


 

 

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Answers in a Box products?

The Answers in a Box team do not restrict the use of the Answers in a Box products when they are being used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and being used correctly and appropriately.  The Answers in a Box team will only act when there is evidence that you have been disregarding the Terms and Conditions for instance by distributing/duplicating the documents inappropriately, without the correct permission and consequently breaking the copyright.

 

Do I have to pay with a credit card or switch on online?

Yes you can pay online but you can also purchase Answers in a Box by using a cheque please contact the Admin Team on 0800 980 7377 or email admin@answersinabox.com for more instructions.

How do I change my username and or password?

To change your username and password simply log on the Answers in a Box website and click on view details and you will be able to edit your details as well as your username and password.  If you have any problems please contact the Answers in a Box Admin Team on 0800 980 7377 or email: admin@answersinabox.com

 

How do I Register for Answers in a Box?

Registration can be carried out in a number of ways;

  • Using the registration code supplied with your CD-Rom;
  • Directly via www.answersinabox.com using the registration code supplied;
  • Directly via the product section of the web-site www.answersinabox.com;
  • Contacting Answers in a Box direct.

CD-Rom:

  • If you have a 16-digit registration code [i.e. 1283-BN40-0U0W-FBQU ] with your CD-Rom, please place the CD-Rom in the CD-drive of your computer; it should automatically open a digital web-book.
  • If it does not then please select: StartRun – then Browse to select your computer’s disc drive [i.e. D:\ drive] – double click on the HRInABox icon, which should enter the following; D:\HrInABox.exe into the window [alternatively; type this into the window] – click OK and the program will open a digital web-book.
  • Select the tab Enter Code, insert the 16-digit code and upon clicking the Enter Code button, you will be taken to the registration screen.
  • Enter all the relevant information to register.
  • Upon successful registration, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm your User Name and Password.
  • Enter your login and password to access all the functions of Answers in a Box.

Via web-site using the code supplied:

  • Visit www.answersinabox.com
  • Enter the 16-digit registration code into the fields at the top right of the screen
  • You will be taken to the registration screen.
  • Enter all the relevant information to register.
  • Upon successful registration, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm your User Name and Password.
  • Login with your User Name and Password to access all the functions of Answers in a Box.

Via product section of web-site:

  • Visit www.answersinabox.com
  • Select the product; Answers in a Box and add to your shopping cart.
  • Now select the View Cart tab which will confirm the products you have selected.
  • If you have a product discount voucher, you should enter the code before selecting the Checkout button.
  • On selecting the Checkout button, you will be informed of the need to register your details first, please do so.
  • Upon successful registration, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm your User Name and Password.
  • Login with your User Name and Password AND then proceed to the Checkout, please note that all the previous details will have been remembered.
  • If you have a further discount voucher, you may enter this here.
  • Once you are satisfied that all the details are correct, click on the Submit button to be transferred to a secure server where you can make payment.
  • Once you have done this, and you login again, you will be able to access all the functions of Answers in a Box.

How many copies of the documents can I download?

Answers in a Box does not put a limit on the amount of documents that you can download, as long as the documents are not being distributed inappropriately and not breaking the copyright. 

 

 

How often do you add new products?

New products will be added when and where appropriate, for instance when a strategic partner adds a new product.  The individual modules are updated on a regular basis in order to keep them in line with the ever changing legislation; this ensures that you will receive the most up to date information.  When a new article or guidance document is added to Answers in a Box the admin team will contact you via email to inform you of the changes.

 

I am a company that is not VAT registered, why do I have to pay VAT?

VAT (Value Added Tax) is added to the price of a product at the point of sale and this cost is paid by Answers in a Box to the Government.  Therefore all Answers in a box products and services are subject to VAT. 

 

My order will not process through the checkout system?

The site may be having some technically difficulties or receiving some necessary maintenance this will be completed as soon as possible.  Also start the checkout process from the beginning if this does not solve the problem contact the admin team on 0800 980 7377 or email admin@answersinabox.com  Alternatively you can pay for Answers in a Box by cheque please contact the Admin team for further instructions.

 

What does Answers in a Box offer?

What is the refund and returns policy?

Please see the Terms and Conditions for the full details on the refund and returns policy.  Answers in a box operates a ‘no-quibbles’ guarantee and will replace in full, faulty or damaged items within 30 days of receipt.  
 

 

Why am I not able to log into the Answers in a Box website?

The Answers in a Box website operates on a system which prevents a person from logging into the site for 15 minutes if they have failed to log out from a previous session.  Before you leave the Answers in a Box website please log out as you will be unable to log in on your next visit.  Also double check that you have entered the correct username and password, if you are still having difficulties accessing the site then please contact the Answers in a Box admin team on 0800 980 7377 or email admin@answersinabox.com

 

 

Why does it keep saying that I am Already Logged in?

Our system does not allow users to log in with account that is currently in use. When a user logs in, their ID is logged in our system, until they log out.

You may have been logged in on another machine, and forgot to log off that machine, please log off the other machine first, and try again.

Or you may have closed your window, therefore ending your session. If this is the case, our system automatically logs users out who have been inactive for 15 minutes. You should wait 15 minutes, and try again.

We are sorry for any inconvience that this may cause.

 

Why has my account been frozen?

Your account will been frozen by the admin team of Answers in a Box, due to one or more of the following reason:

  • You have used the content of Answers in a Box inappropriately;
  • You have been using multiple ISP addresses to log in to Answers in a Box creating dual logins, this is not a dual login system you will receive a warning email when the admin team feel that you have been exploiting the system.  For instance if you purchase one module of Answers in a Box but intend to use it across multiple locations this would cause dual logins.  You would need to purchase an additional registration and module, further clarification on this issue or to purchase a discounted multi licence please contact the Admin Team on 0800 980 7377 or email: admin@answersinabox.com 
  • There is reason to believe that you have been distributing/duplicating the content of Answers in a Box without the correct permission or authorisation therefore breaking copyright;
  • You have failed to pay your renewal fee/registration fee.

Why has my order been declined?

Have you entered your card details correctly? Is your card within its expiry date?
