This website is owned and managed by We do HR Limited which trades under the
name of Answers in a Box and it is assumed that as a user of the Answers in a Box website you have accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety
and by use of the website you agree to be bound by the terms contained therein.
Answers in a Box reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, but will not alter these materially in such a way as to be detrimental or less-protective of information about you that may have been collected in the past, without first obtaining your consent.
Access
There are various levels of access available to users;
- Free of Charge – users can print from, access and search the Answers in a Box website without charge provided they agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this statement. Material that is included within the free areas will be clearly declared.
- Paid for Services – some material contained within the Answers in a Box website is only available to users who have paid for such services, and will only be accessible via the use of a secure login and password.
- Bespoke Services – where such services are provided; they shall be governed by separate Terms & Conditions which are provided by the individual local industry professional who shall provide the aforesaid services; notwithstanding that We do HR Limited undertakes to bind the aforesaid professional under separate agreement; notwithstanding that if you access the Answers in a Box website you agree to be bound by the terms contained within this Terms & Conditions agreement.

Answers in a Box may from time to time use automatically retrieved
information from anonymous sources to update the content and/or operation
of the website. In addition, Answers in a Box may from time to time
use personal information submitted by the user via location in its web

Answers in a Box may use technology to aid the processing of your order and/or track the browsing patterns of our site visitors, which can include "cookies" which would be temporarily stored on your computer during the order process. Information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your Internet browser settings, which you can do if you wish to disable these and prevent this from happening. You should be aware however, that if you do so, then this may prevent you from ordering products online from Answers in a Box. As a user who wishes to access the free services via this website, you may only download or print information for your personal use. If you are a user who has paid for services appropriate to the Answers in a Box organiser, then you may print or download information as governed by the licence of use for the Answers in a Box organiser, namely; updates and inserts for the Answers in a Box organiser and/or additional inserts for insertion in personnel manuals within the company or business holding the paid for licence which gives you access as a user.

Limitation of Liability
Answers in a Box, its partners or affiliates or any party involved
in creating, producing or delivering this service, or on any website
linked to this service, shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for
any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages
arising out of your access, use or inability to use this service, or any
site linked to this service, or in connection with any failure of performance,
error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
computer virus or line or system failure.
Answers in a Box shall also not be liable for any damages or losses, arising in contract, tort or otherwise; including lost profits, loss of business, or data; business interruption, damages and/or other consequential losses that result from your use of or inability to use the service, and/or from any action taken by you as a direct result of using material provided on the Answers in a Box website. This includes sites accessed through links from the Answers in a Box website.
Direct Debit Payments
A number of modules shall be available for purchase by either a one-off
annual subscription or alternatively by using the Direct Debit payment
facility. Where this facility is used, the user acknowledges and
accepts that payment is due for a minimum period of 12 months i.e. 12 monthly
payments. In return, Answers in a Box shall discount the overall cost of
the modules available for purchase under this facility.
For users of the Direct Debit facility, Answers in a Box hereby guarantees;
- an immediate money back guarantee in the event of a payment error;
- advance notice in writing if the payment amount or date changes;
- that the user may cancel the Direct Debit at any time provided they notify Answers in a Box in advance and in writing.
Refund and Returns
Answers in a Box herewith agrees to comply with The Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and operates a ‘no-quibbles’ guarantee
and will replace in full any damaged or faulty item(s). Notification
should be received by Answers in a Box of the problem within 30 days of
receipt.
Contact our Returns Team at: admin@answersinabox.com or on: 0800 980 7377. If the return is due to an error made by Answers in a Box, postage shall also be refunded. For your own protection, you are recommended to return any items using a registered postage facility. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s).
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of England and any arising
disputes resulting from the use of the Answers in a Box website shall be dealt
with in the English Courts.
